Good news & Tamale Tuesday!

Yesterday, I spent the morning with my "BESTIES."

They helped me roll some felt and made me laugh, A LOT.

Bigsby came along to help out, too.

Jenna made us some leftover tamales from the wedding.

OOOOOOO! They were still delicious.

Thank you for the lovely food, and for all the help, ladies.

What would I do without you?

I got some great news, this morn...

I am OVER THE MOON  because I just found out my friend, Natalie is having a 

BOY!!!!

I brought her this "Tiffany" blue cupcake to celebrate!!

I am SOOOOOOO EXCITED!!!

I'll post some pics of her looking oh, so cute and pregnant

Back to work-work-work!

Green balloons

I had a rough day, yesterday.  I was a little overwhelmed and feeling  blue.

When I showed up at school to pick up the monkeys, there were green balloons EVERYWHERE!

What a great way to promote the school auction!

And no kid was left empty-handed!

How could I not be cheered up after that?

So HAPPY!!!!

Speaking of happy...

There were flowers waiting for me when I got home, last night.

They came with some specific instructions that they were for the NEW STUDIO SPACE.

They look sooooooooo beautiful!

Back to work!  Have a lovely evening!

What a fantastic week we are having!

We have been enjoying our time at home, this week.

It's so nice to spend extra time in our jammies.  

I have gotten LOTS of work done.  

Exciting news!  In case you didn't see it on Twitter,

I got my square reader in the mail, yesterday!

That means Fern and Sprout will be accepting 

CREDIT CARDS 

at all of my Spring events!!!!

I'm also hard at work on a new project...

I can't share it with you...YET.

I promise...I will share it in the next few days!

Big things are happenin'!

It's funny how, when you make the right decision about something, things just seem to fall into place.

In the past two days, A LOT has fallen into place.

SO EXCITING.

Happy things...

I love this time of year.  

Everything is about to bloom.  

Even though there is still a chill in the air, we are getting glimpses of the beautiful summer weather that is heading our way.  

AND it is staying light outside, a little longer each day.

It just makes me happy.

I needed a little happiness, today.

We all need a bit of happiness, at the moment.  

The tragedy in Japan is astounding, and it is not over.

I am working on something special to help the recovery efforts in Japan.

I will share that with you, very soon.

Today, I was feeling a bit gloomy.

I am so sad for Japan.  Sad about other things.

But, as I looked around my studio, I found so many little bits and baubles to cheer me up.

I am so blessed to have this workspace.  I am blessed to have this business.  Most of all, I am blessed to be surrounded by my family and friends, with all of our homes, and belongings still intact.
