FASCINATION FRIDAY

I try not to get too negative on the blog - but in all honesty, I've been in a FUNK.

A creative slump.  

I'm distracted and life is gettin' to me.

This morning I started thinking about how I can find some inspiration in the middle of this fog.

I started thinking about the things that make my creative heart beat a little faster.

There's always room for YELLOW!

I am SOOOOOOOOO into yellow, right now!  It's always the perfect color for summer.

Green balloons

I had a rough day, yesterday.  I was a little overwhelmed and feeling  blue.

When I showed up at school to pick up the monkeys, there were green balloons EVERYWHERE!

What a great way to promote the school auction!

And no kid was left empty-handed!

How could I not be cheered up after that?

So HAPPY!!!!

Speaking of happy...

There were flowers waiting for me when I got home, last night.

They came with some specific instructions that they were for the NEW STUDIO SPACE.

They look sooooooooo beautiful!

Back to work!  Have a lovely evening!

In the midst of picking out paint colors for a new studio space, 

I happened upon the plant section at Home Depot.

MMMMM.  So lovely.  I wanted everything. 

They had such a beautiful selection of orchids.

I'm soooooooo ready for spring.

Colorful...Mimi's Monday Delights on Tuesday, as usual.

I've been seeing a lot of rainbows, lately. Sometimes, I feel like I live inside a rainbow because I'm surrounded by so much color in my life. The brighter the colors, the better! There was a BEAUTIFUL rainbow last night, but I didn't have a camera to photograph it. (That NEVER happens.) I did photograph one the other day - you can barely see it...
