So long, 2011.  

Although I did make some beautiful memories with my family and friends, I won't miss the most HEARTBREAKING year of my life, AT ALL.

I am ready for the NEW YEAR!

I know the year to come will hold it's own share of issues.  I realize life just isn't perfect.

But I sure am ready to move forward...in lots of ways.

Kicking my past to the curb...

I am feeling very blue.  I am saying goodbye to someone who has been a vital part of my life.  Time to let go.  But it's funny how life works.  When one door closes, another opens.  As I say goodbye to this friend, I welcome a new friend to my life.  I welcome a new season.  Although I am completely heartbroken, I must move forward.

Here is some "blue inspiration" to get me through this evening.

Today, I put Christmas away.  

I was sad to see it go, but very happy to have our living space back to normal.
