Happy New Year!!

I spent a lovely day with my dear friend, Jenna. (aka: Slug) We had our annual Christmas breakfast and coffee at The Market and then took in a movie. She "macra-made" me a BEAUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUTIFUL scarf and made me some Yoshitomo Nara magnets. I also received a wind-up nose (inside joke) and a really cool publication called "Found." Oh thank you so much for the sweet gifts, my Slug!!
Then we went to see "Nine."

I LOVED IT!!! I had read some HORRIBLE reviews so I was happily surprised. There are some seriously beautiful people in that movie! Fergie blew me away. She really commanded the stage.
Tonight...game night with some of my favorite people!! What are your plans? Whatever they are, have a DELIGHTFUL evening and a WONDERFUL New Year!!!

OFF THE HOOK!!!

Good Wednesday morning to you!

Yes...it's been a while...a long while since my last post. The holidays proved to be busy, challenging, rewarding, and just plain OFF THE HOOK!! I apologize that it's been so long! Here's a run-down of what's happened in the last month:

1.Gifts for Yule...(actually happened in November, but I can't leave it out...)

the following "Gifts for Yule" photos taken by Kevin Vierling...

2.Moving... (oh so challenging...)

3.Watching Sarah Mae in "Den of Thieves"...she tore it up!!! Then dinner...

4.Moving some more... (yet even more challenging)

5.My first order on ETSY!!! (because the Fern and Sprout Etsy shop was featured in the Denver Post on Thanksgiving :)

6.Talulah Jones trunk show... (met Fern and Sprout's biggest fan...)

7.Holiday Handmade (OFF THE HOOK)...

Hundreds of satisfied Fern and Sprout customers...

Thank you to all of you who turned out to support Fern and Sprout!! And a huge thank you to Fancy Tiger for their marketing and organization. This show was more of a success than I ever could have imagined.

8.Lights in old town Littleton...

9.Holiday choir concerts...

10.Last minute Fern and Sprout orders...

11.Jef's birthday... (Martini Marathon...)

12.Georgetown... (the car broke down but we still managed to have a good time...)

13.Game day at Dave and Busters...

14.Going to see the amazing (yet somewhat cheezie) lights display at the Kloewers...

15.Christmas!!!!

So that's the run-down. What have you been up to?

I'm back to the world of blog. And I'm back in the studio, working on some designs, and I can't wait to show you what I'm putting together for SPRING!!!!

I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas. Have a Delightful New Year! Stay tuned!
